Chicken & Dressing

Ingredients:

13 x 9 pan of cornbread, crumbled

2 eggs

1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned (I use about 3 big chicken breast)

1 can cream of chicken

1 can cream of celery

2 teaspoons Ground Sage to start with (gets stronger as it cooks and don't add too much or it will turn green)

1 large onion

Salt and pepper to taste

(I add all ingredients except the eggs so I can taste it first)

Directions:

Combine all but the chicken to start with so it doesn't get shredded (if you like big chunks). Mix in a large pot or bowl, add a little broth at a time. (Broth comes from the boiled chicken and add a can if needed). It needs to be juicy but not too runny. Bake at 425` until it is set and browned on top. (I cook everything at 350`)

I hope you enjoy!
